Lintrathen (Angus, Scotland)
Flight track of tagged Pink-footed Goose PIF029 - 2 Oct 2017 direct from Iceland (06:00h) to Lindisfarne (18:00). A second bird (PIF044) did the same. The flocks seen today were on an almost identical route as they flew V high over Lintrathen - ignoring the loch and continuing >SE. Many thanks to WWT & Dong Energy for permission to use the image. |
